The day I have been dreading for the past 5 yrs is here,lol… I am 30 yrs old today.
Well, I don’t feel any different, thank God.
For the past few days I have been trying to evaluate my life and think of the journey I have taken in the past 30 yrs, what I have learned about life, what my regrets are, what my family means to me, who my real friends are etc….
I have come to a conclusion that, I don’t have many regrets, I have pretty much lived my life the way I wanted to. Mengi niliyoyafanya huko nyuma niliyafanya kwa kufikiri na kuamua, especially my choice and decision kuwa na mtoto nikiwa na miaka 22, that was a sober decision though not ideal at the time, I have never regretted that decision. Nampenda mwanangu kupita wengine wote hapa duniani, na siwezi kufikiria maisha yangu bila yeye, and all I can do it tell her each and every day, nomatter the time we have spent apart my love for her has never been questionable.
Basi kuna alieniuliza ni kitu gani ningependa kukipata siku ya leo kati ya vyote??? The answer has always been the same every year, ‘ I wish my father was here’ for 24 yrs of my life evolved around this man, day and night and it took me yrs to find my own path in this world without him….The wound of losing my parents is still very raw. the pain is so great,i couldnt wish it on my worst enemy...
To this day, I owe my sanity to my husband, who has made me believe in an eternal ,unconditional and nurturing love .
So today as I turn 30 yrs old, namshukuru mwenyezi Mungu, kwa kuniweka hapa duniani mpaka leo hii, kwa kunibariki na marafiki wachache wazuri, mtoto mwenye hekima, mume mnyenyekevu na mwenye mapenzi , familia yenye upendo na kwa hiki kiumboe kinachokuwa kila siku ndani ya tumbo langu.LIFE IS GOOD.
Namshukuru Mwenyezi Mungu kuwa mpaka leo hii nimeweza kumkwepa shetani wa pombe, sigara, bangi, madawa ya kulevya etc. na ndio nahisi ni sababu kubwa ya kuwa na afya njema mpaka leo hii.
As I turn 30 yrs old, im proud to say, I know who I am, as a woman, as a person ,as a mother, as a wife, as a sister, as a friend. Im very confident in myself, im not one to be shaken easily by people’s opinion of me, I am my own person, I never try to be who I am not, perhaps that’s is why many just end of disliking me.lol. I live life to the fullest, I try to enjoy and make the moment of each day that im breathing.
I believe we all should live like that….
